Shipping policy

All ready made items are shipped out within 2-3 days of ordered date.
Custom orders can take up to 20 days of ordered date.
All packages will typically arrive within 3-5 working days and are tracked postage. 
If a parcel has been re-directed back to us then a re-charge of courier postage will be charged.

📦 Shipping Rates:
Standard shipping rate is $8.00
Rural shipping rate is $16.00

📦 Rural Delivery:
If your address is rural, please make sure to select the Rural Delivery shipping option at checkout. If you selected Standard Shipping at checkout, you will be sent an invoice for the additional rural delivery fee. This must be paid within 72 hours, or your order will be cancelled and refunded.
