Where in the world are you based?
Moonlight Crystals is situated in Wellington, New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally?
I currently do not. I only ship to New Zealand and Australia. However, I am looking into it for the future. So make sure you stay tuned.

Do you have a store I can visit?
Moonlight Crystals is solely based off website orders. We are aiming for a shop in the future.

Do you take custom orders?
Moonlight Crystals is more than happy to hear what customers are wanting. Feel free to contact me via the “Contact” section with suggestions. I do offer a service called "Custom Crystal Selection" which I offer you the chance to have crystals selected for you.

What crystals do you have in stock?
You can check all our stock via the “Shop” section.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated by your address. Once you have put your address in all fields, you will be notified on how much shipping is.

How can I get a refund?
We do not accept refunds. However, if you raise your concern then a store credit can be issued within reason. Please read the "Refund Policy" for any further questions.

I want to return an item. How do I do this?
Returns are more than welcome at Moonlight Crystals under discrepancy. Although, return shipping will be at your own cost and determined on the damage of the product. Please read the "Refund Policy" for any further questions.

How do I return my candle?
Returning your candle jar is easy. Fill out the form and simply send it back to the address stated on the form. You will then receive an email with a specific code for you to get $5 off your next candle. Please ensure the form is completely filled out so that you can ensure you get the discount code sent to you.
